Purpose of the Website

This is a private reference site with no government authority. It does not keep official custody files, confirm a person’s current location, issue a release, accept bond, or file a court or agency document.

The site points readers toward Riley County and Kansas jail or corrections resources. Some pages also connect visitors with independently operated research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming people, systems, or other visitors.

• Do not use the site while violating any law.
• Do not use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone.
• Do not base employment, housing, credit, lending, or insurance decisions on site content.

No Consumer Reports

Riley County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not produce background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use site information for an FCRA-covered decision.

We are not responsible for another site’s content, privacy practices, data handling, terms, or availability. Review the destination’s rules before using it.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its owners, operators, and partners harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site or violation of these terms.

Kansas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction within Kansas.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The affected term will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
